Panda Express

I know it's hard to take 1 star reviews seriously, as they are typically hyper-critical written by someone who got offended by something. But hear me out. This was my first time going to this panda express and I am not impressed. Everything was great - nice new facility in a great location. But the food I got was the complete opposite of fresh. I should have been tipped off when they said they only had 2 servings of the orange chicken I ordered (was getting a large plate). Totally old and not good at all. The Beijing beef and chow mein were probably made at the same time as the invalid orange chicken. Really not impressed - and panda express is barely a good value even when it's all brand new food

The only reason I give this a 4 instead of a 5 is because the drive through is slow. If you're looking to get food from this place faster always go inside. There aren't many people in line so it's actually much faster to go inside. This whole place is fast and they usually are able to get the food out even when they are adding to a finished item. A fantastically run place.

I wouldn't post this if I wasn't so depressed every time I buy at this location. I've always hope for the food to better the next time I go and nope. Today was worse because no only was there mostly rice( only about two spoonful of entree), but my hubby's food was kind of raw, the noodles were stuck together ( I thought that on my way home they would be more cooked). I've eaten in other locations and the food is better cook and the amount is fair.

They were all out of large boxes so we couldn’t order the family meal. She said we would have to order individual medium boxes and pay the full price for those. We knew what we wanted, but with this change and a large family, we had to think about it. After a few seconds of waiting she told us that if we didn’t know what we wanted we needed to come in because she didn’t have time to wait for us. She was rude. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but that was one of the worst costumer service experiences we have ever had! As a local from Rexburg, we will go to the many other great restaurants instead.

here's the issue. there is not one person waiting in line inside. every dish on the line (inside) is full of food. yet, there are 5 or 6 cars waiting out front. I see 9 employees standing there. it took me coming inside, asking what in the heck...and then watching them spoon my food into the to go boxes to get them going. I went outside to tell the rest of the cars to go in and watch them actually dish up the food.

I'm hoping everytime I go to panda it will be different. But the last couple of times it just all and all was disappointing. My 2 sides are literally like 2 pieces of chicken not even a spoonful. They didn't even fill up the sections with food. And they almost if not always forgets the sauce that I ask for Really! Really hoping that someone incharge reads my review and the other reviews and improves there services because I am about to stop giving them my money with the portion size they have given me.
