Dunkin'

As of today Stephen and Helen work really hard they are so kind and really try. Helen is older but works hardest. Stephen is the perfect smile to represent dunkins he greets with a smile every time making mornings happy. He’s very gentle and soft spoken but the joy he shares outstanding and big. However the girl at the drive thru is very rude and mean !!! has no customer service maybe she should find a job she don’t have to deal with people. Great job to Stephen and Helen

Don't even wanna give em a star! Worst service ever! I ordered through UberEats, got my delivery and it was nothing I ordered! A lot of items missing. I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese and they sent me with a bagel with nothing on it. Like what?! I tried to get a refund but UberEats wouldn't. So I brought my behind to the store in a lyft. Like I was better rof going from the jump. Just wasting money. I get there and a bunch of lil kids in the corner playing, laughing, on their phones etc. Like that's why my order is all wrong and not Complete. Smh Sad! This store shouldn't be in business! At all! No adults were there. I asked why send me a plain bagel and she said because we didn't have sausage. So u send me a plain bagel when I paid for a sandwich? She wouldn't refund me either. Ok. I just ended up leaving with things u didn't want. I will never order from them again. So unprofessional and just lame!!! They need to shut that store down for real!

one of the workers seline NEEDs to be fired. i will go to corporate about this matter and have the establishment shut down. she physically assaulted me and the store has done nothing to help. i have the attack in camera but they refuse to see. i hope this place is closed for good and the employee burns!

Had a mobile order for pickup, was short one box of joe I was told they could substitute for 10 small cups of coffee but then the lady said "it was too much work" and chose not to do it. Worst service ever. Went to drive thru twice and still had to go inside and ask for the cooperate number and get one to get an order remade. This is how you ruin your morning. Been here multiple times trying to give the benefit of doubt but have been disappointed again.

The most disrespectful dunkins I have ever been to. I was wondering why the couple ahead of me just up and left. By the time it was my turn I notice it was because they just kept ignoring me and the customers even when we call for them. They go to the back room and start laughing. AVOID GOING TO THIS DUNKINS IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME

Bro fire Selena and give a warning about her to any other employers in the area. She called me a cotton picking monkey when I asked for a lid for my cup, took a big sip then threw that hot burning coffee on me and my disabled nephew who also has CANCER AND DIABETES! You can’t be doing that during a pandemic that’s biological warfare or whatever!🤨

Girl behind the counter had no idea what she was doing (took her 3 tries to put my order in and the customer before me) and the four other people working didnt care at all. Just hanging out chilling with their friends is what it felt like. Ordered food and waited 10 minutes before just leaving. Terrible at their jobs
