Lunch menu is reasonable but pizza is overpriced. Service is decent, food choices are expanded which is ok but it's all about the pizza right? The pizza is good, bot great. Seems like they are being a bit skimpy on the ingredients like cheese, but not to the point of it being sauce and crust. It's ok, just bot what it used to be.

I had a awful first-time experience me my wife came in and was told it was a half-hour wait we were fine with that until we seen about 11 tables open but they weren't cleaned off then, after 24 minutes passed by and we were skipped twice we eventually was seated and after being seated it took 24 minutes. me my wife all ready knew what we wanted so we ordered and then it took them another 37 minutes to finally bring us a salad in a soup. after that 22 minutes passed by we haven't been served a main course meal. At that moment I seen a few other parties leaving cuz they were not served yet but after being there for an hour and 20 minutes so I left too me and my wife. But very poor management, a lot of kids seem like they're from high school and did not want to work I will never go back ever..... worst valentine day dinner....

I decided to give them a try after receiving a gift certificate. This review is based on pick up only, I recently moved to Randolph and usually pick up food after work and the three times I called in, I had trouble with their service. I first was confused for one of the workers and waited an extra 30 minutes for my food. I told one of the bartanders I was here for pick up, she nodded and I waited with no instructions, after realizing there was a counter for pick up, I was able to pick up my food. I told the manager or supervisor about the situation and he apologized but stated "he confused me with one of the worker's friends". Although this a level of micro-discrimination/ aggression, I let it go. The other times I called, they hanged up the phone several times and I was never able to place my order. Lastly I was told they did not have the dish on the menu nor any steaks on the menu. At this point I gave away my gift card and went to Not Your Average Joes. Customers beware of the service, specially for take outs. They lack quality, coordination and management, and the food does not justify their negative demeanor or service.

The worst resturaunt experince I have ever been in. 2 hour ordeal. Food was cold and burned. Service was terrible. We were told a 15 minute wate and it ended up being 25. Not that another 10 minutes is a bug deal but there was many tables available. We sat down and ordered our drinks and a salad.....it literally took 20 minutes. During this time we had to ask for everything... More sodas...bread, oil, butter, straws.. Etc...after the 20 minutes it literally took an hour for spaghetti with meatballs, raviolis, and a kids pizza. The meatballs were burnt, the raviolis were cold. I told the server to please get the manager and that took 20 minutes for him to come. Not just us but, people were complaining through the whole place and some of them leaving. The worst ive ever seen. Oh...and the hostess was terrible, I said excuse me to get his attention and he ignored me.
