Do not go here. Employees talking poorly about customers aggressively behind the counter. Do better.

Was a decent experience, and I have gotten my order wrong only once, and hope it never happens again. It’s right next to my work, so I pass it all the time. Also, some of the cashiers can be pretty rude sometimes, but other than staff and orders, great rest stop for gas or a snack. Doesn’t deserve a 5 star for sure but it was good enough to say the least.

Ordered a super basic toasted steak and cheese on my lunch break and got an ice cold meat, soggy breaded trash can filler. Pulled off before I thought to check the food. Wont make that mistake again.

I ordered a strawberry pina colada smoothie & my smoothie wasn’t right. I tried to tell the employee that it wasn’t correct & i tired to ask her can I get my money back. she told me that since that was the way I put it in online it isn’t there fault & that she couldn’t refund me my money.

This place has slow service and average food.

I had an issue with a cash deposit which freaked me out because it was stuck in limbo for the weekend, but the management team went above and beyond to help me. I dealt with a few managers, one spent almost an hour calling support to try to help me, another got me all the information I needed, and another really took good care of me. I admit that I did get upset and hopefully didn’t come across as rude, but they turned a nightmare into a great experience in the end. Thank you guys for being an awsome part of our community. -Daniel Wentz
