Panda Express

Good evening! I just wanted give a shout-out to the crew working tonight Christmas eve. There were a platitude of rude people in when i came through and the staff was working at maximum speed doing just their absolute best but nevertheless people were being rude to them and complaining and insulting them while they were just trying to do their jobs. I wanted to extend my gratitude to them and tell them they’re doing a great job.

I went there for lunch. They were out of rice and the soda machine was broken. I was charged for a full meal that wasn’t delivered. The cashier couldn’t refund me because there was no manager on site. $12 for a half bowl of orange chicken. Management needs to be approached!!! Ask before you order!! Who opened the store?? That person should be qualified to offer refunds. I was there at 10:15. Does the manager sleep til noon?

I was feeling hungry and I went on my google map to see any place is open and Panda Express is open. Went there and the doors are lock and people are inside. I had to triple check on the google and the sign on the door and my clock to make sure I wasn’t wrong a out the time. I was told they have a new hour change but they didn’t update on google or the operating time sign on their door. The review is not given to them for the quality of food or anything. Their food is great. The review is for their bad negligent of operating a store.
