Mcdonald's

Food is pretty good there. The service at this McDonald's has not been good for me at least in the past 3 years. There used to be a group of people who work there who are always cheerful courteous helpful going the extra mile to make sure that not only myself but other customers were satisfied. I miss those individuals and wish they still work there but they had to move on. Now there are older people what I mean by older is age range between 30 and 55.I hate to say this but I get the gut feeling that they're really don't like their job and they're just going through the motions to get through the day. No compassion though excellent customer service no going the extra mile it makes for if that experience for myself so I tend not to go with you to this McDonald's that often anymore.

My kid really likes this place before COVID, since it has several touch screen interactive STEAM station. Games are good for wide range of kids age. We really missed this place. I would give it five stars if not spotting a recent incident. A lady worked there try to open a Lexus sedan's driver side door, while she was walking back to store after ending a phone conversation. I don't know if this is her car, but my intuitive tells me no. No matter what this leaves me very negative image. I could be wrong though.

Whoever redesigned the place was an idiot. The drive thru can barely fit a vehicle the size of a large pickup truck now. Half the time I order a chicken sandwich without mayonnaise they screw up the order. I either get mayo or a spicy chicken sandwich, sometimes both. The burgers are always good. But the drive thru is so bad I rarely go anymore

The shift manager on Mon Mar 26 at 9:50 am was really abrupt, dismissive and rude. There wasn't any line or any other apparently stressful reason for such an attitude. It's not the first time, and frankly, I'm sick of it. I shop here every weekend, but I will be consciously avoiding this location from now on.

The food is.... interesting. It tastes like plastic, garbage, and oil. I'm going to be honest with you guys because that's what a Jojo does. The sundaes and mcflurries are really the only things that are good there. The other things, I didn't like too much. I have no idea what made me throw up so much, or what made BowBow sick. Might've been the 100 mcnuggets or the five big macs. It is hard to tell. I am also disappointed that Kim Kardashian and Cardi B were not there, hence the one-star-rating. Thx and bye everyone!!!!
