Pizza Hut

I have tried this place 3 times and will officially never go back! I came here for lunch all 3 times trying to give it a chance and it never meets the mark. Pizza was scarce to get and the slices are super thin and small. Plainview has another buffet across the street that is 100x better and cheaper @ 806 Pizza House.

In our order was a Detroit pizza. When arriving home we discovered said pizza had zero sauce on it. It was like a giant breadstick. We called and the worker stated they were out of the sauce that’s why it was missing. No one said anything to me at the restaurant when I picked it up. Had they said something to me I would have been ok with a different pie. After back and forth of wanting a refund we were compensated for the pizza. If only we were compensated for the gas used.

Better customer service, I was early to pick up my order, I was asked to move up so other customers could get their orders. We waited about 20 minutes, the app said our pizza was ready. I called, Tori answered and I explained to her that we were waiting and if they had forgotten about us. She asked me to repeat myself because she didn’t hear me, so I did, she asked for my name various times then she asked me to hold and hung up on me. I went inside the establishment and I explained my situation again, Ashley brought me my order and said she was waiting for marinara sauce then rolled her eyes at me, so I waited then another young lady asked if I could be helped and o told her that I was waiting for marinara sauce she explained that it was already in the box.
