The best ice cream on the west side of Phoenix! I also love that they open at 10:30 in the morning. This way I can get a cappuccino. They are always friendly and have great customer service.

Delicious!! We ate our ice cream at a table in the store and the place was very clean (until we dripped ice cream everywhere and dropped a bowl of sprinkles 🙄 sorry guys). My only complaint is there's no public bathroom which is rough when you're there with 3 toddlers, lol. Even so, everyone enjoyed themselves and we will be back!

This baskin robins has the BEST customer service that i personally have ever seen, and for people to make false allegations is wild to me… ruining someones imagine just because you didn't get your way is unprofessional at its finest. Good luck finding a job any where Jackie! :)

Has the same great tasting ice cream as other Baskin Robbins. Great and kind service, store was clean and well kept, and staff was kind. Would recommend for a cool snack during hot days.

Ice cream is the same as it has been for 20+ years, but the atmosphere and service seem to have gone down somewhat. One thing I would note is that the cashier required me to show an ID to use a VISA debit card, which VISA corporation forbids if the card is signed. I was there at around 3PM on Thursday and was the only customer there over about a 15 minute span - perhaps because the prices have gone up so much in the past couple of years.
