Experience is like every other hard rock. Nice rock music, star decorations, tasty fat burgers. Got a 4 star as something happened and forgot our burger. Got the starters and salad, eat, and waited for 45 minutes to get the burger after having to tell 3 times 2 waiters to check what was happening. Food good as always. Service mediocre. Not even a sorry. Not even an apology for why it was so late

The worst hard rock I’ve ever been to, hard rock internationally always had a great vibe and a welcoming ambient, this isn’t the one. The waiter was too rude and had the worst attitude and kept us waiting for so long, even though the restaurant was almost empty. the food wasn’t tasty at all, Never again don’t waste your money this summer.

Food was fine, but the service was terrible. One guy had to do everything alone and the other was very busy ignoring customers and talking to the kitchen staff. Despite only a few guests were left I had to wait 10 minutes at the entrance. Even then none of the waiters cared. I asked a guy from the bar if I could get food and he then showed me a table. Then I was able to order quickly. My softdrink arrived together with my main dish. That was a bit odd, but ok as the food arrived very quickly. At the end when I wanted to pay, the card reader was just placed on the table and the waiter was gone again. The waiter was very friendly, however. I guess it was just not his best day.
