This place can get a bit busy durring key times like lunch and morning rush. The staff does their best to manage the line in drive... Food is made at a higher standard than traditional fast fast food so it's understandable that it takes a bit more... I have had bad lemonade once and the manager took great care of me of me replaced lemonade and offered a sandwhich as well... Very grateful.

I love the food at Wendy's. I had a big order and it turns out that my food was done. But the lady at the front counter was busy talking with another employee and needed to be told by someone in the back that her 2 orders were up for the front. So she scrambled to get it together like it was someone else's fault. And because of that, there was an order after mine that was for dine in but they had went up and changed it to carry out because it was taking too long. They could have eaten their food in the time that they waited. I have never had a problem with the Kennewick location I just happened to be in Pasco and this was my experience:/

The Counter girl was awesome!! She was polite and friendly and had amazing customer service!

It's Wendy's, what's not to like. It's great food (a little bit pricier than say your McDonald's or Burger King) but if you like more crafted fast food burgers, this is a solid place. My wife and I usually get the Spicey chicken Asiago burger with a small chilli. It always hits the spot.

Ate lunch with my son's crispy chicken BLT is always good same with the baconator. Good 👍 price fresh food

Service was good. French fries were fresh but wilty... Sandwiches were fresh and hot. The soda machine was a bit weak on the flavor, but when I mentioned it, the young lady out front dealt with it in a timely manner.
