Different kind of shaved ice ordering. More of a menu of different options vs a list of flavors. Quality was very good. Ice was shaved nicely and lots of syrup. Comes with whipped cream and a cherry. I agree with other reviews that they need a garbage can. Also it can be a drive thru.

Small cute little shop, has a variety of flavors to add to your shaved ice, lots of toppings to top it off. Overall the value for the product you get is amazing. Great costumer service.

Great product. Not the greatest experience from the staff but got a message from owner so giving the benefit of the doubt that this was a one off. Personally would never go back but the product is good and it's nice having a drive thru so others may enjoy.

I love We Ice. It's similar in consistency to the Water Ice you find in the Midwest, but here it is served like a snow cone. My friends and I enjoy the Rootbeer Float and Wedding Cake flavors, but there are dozens to choose from.

As always this place rocks!!! Irs a sno-cone but not! The texture is that if maybe a creamy sno-cone. Not a melted one or a slushie type one but creamy. And so many different flavors and not like strawberry or banana or tigers blood even though they do have those flavors but flavors like...i dont remember any of them but there are like 20+ flavors where each flavor is either a concauction of two or three flavors creating something bomb. I remember my first bite, it was so good and unexpected that it just makes you giggle as youre saying, sooo good!!! Huh hu uh

Best place to get shaved ice in the Tri-Cities. We always get a small each (their small is not what I'd call small!). They're super chill about flavor mixtures and they've got some pretty cool premade flavors as well (puns intended).

Absolutely the best shaved ice you could get in the tri cities! The way each bite just nicely melts in your mouth! Also have a great variety of different flavor combinations! Haven't had a single bad visit! Very recommended!

We Ice has found the connection between ice cream and snow cones. I ordered the Rasberry Cheesecake flavor, and it tasted great. The service was also friendly and made me want to stay longer. My family agrees that we will have to come back in the future.
