Dunkin'

I went there today around 4 pm to get 2 medium cold brews. I tried to use a coupon that lets me get a medium cold brew for 1 dollar and the guy behind the Counter did not want to scan it because the cold brews are 2 dollars between 2pm and 6pm. He said it did not work and i know for a fact it does work as long as they scan the coupon. He already made the cold brews so if he just scanned my coupon i would have paid for them. But since he was being argumentative and upset that i had a coupon i decided to let him enjoy the cold brews all byhimself. I drove 5 min aways and they allowed me to use my coupon in Teaneck!! I posted a picture so this DD learns that coupons can be used even if something is already discounted. Problem solved!!! I will personally return to this DD to educate the individual behind the counter that these coupons indeed work if they scan the coupon when they are asked to. All in all this experience highlights the creation of problems that should not have occurred. 1 star!!

This Dunkin used to be great- quick and efficient. In the past few months, it has been absolutely awful I have been there at least 30 times and they have messed up every single one of my orders. I still have to wait for my mobile order even though I have placed it 30 minutes prior. I think they are under new ownership/management, but it is completely terrible now. Bring Angel back!!
