Red Lobster

Had a gift card so we came. The waitress was OK but she kept on telling us not to get things we were going to order. While I appreciated her honesty, it’s not the best if your waitress is telling customers to not order stuff (it was 3 different items). The food is always super salty and my feet get bloated after we leave but it’s a chain seafood restaurant so honestly, what do you expect??

We came in on a seemingly slow Sunday evening, restaurant maybe at 30% capacity. Got our bread, drinks, and orders taken quickly, but things took a turn from there. Our waiter mentioned that there was a lot of to go orders and it might take a little bit for our food. OK understandable, it is the pandemic and uber eats is king right now. Food took about 30 minutes, but our salads never arrived. When I mentioned this I was informed they were out of salad. OK, guess things happen. Then we realized we were missing a side dish as well. Took a while to let our waiter know, because he was possibly the only person working the floor, and also serving as the host. When he did check up on us and realized there had been another mistake, he took care of it to our satisfaction. Eric was his name, and due to his excellent customer service, we will be back again. No complaints about the meals, everything was tasty.

I honestly enjoyed my early dinner at this location. The food was well prepared, fresh and the server, Jay was pleasantly attentive. The prices were amazing and I also ordered two fish meals for take out. The 2 for one drinks were on point. I'm happy that this location survived, considering many restaurants didn't make it.

Best waitress we have ever had she was attentive to our every need , I've been away 5 years last time was on my Birthday June 3rd 2018 Haven't gone back. Well food was a bit lagging and service not the greatest. This year 2 weeks after my 70th birthday, my family attended my granddaughters Graduation. They made the suggestion! I was hesitant. However you gained back my confidence. I was amazed how great it was. Thank you for being my favorite place, good to be back.!👍
