Dunkin'

UPDATED BELOW..Today was bitterly cold outside, 7 degrees in fact... until I visited this Dunkin. Warm and inviting inside, the aroma of fresh coffee and a wonderful gentleman by the name of Milton assisted me. My coffee was the best I've had in a while. I do visit other Dunkins while on the road and their great but this Dunkins coffee was terrific. My coffee roll was so soft and squishy 😊 Milton is very personable gentleman, cheerful conversation, he just made you forget about the fridgit weather outside. This was a little after 5am, it was a great start to my day and if you stop by, I'm sure you'll have a great start as well. UPDATE.. it's gone downhill and I'll not be coming here. Free doughnut day and I could of broke a window with it, I'm driving to CT and I was given black coffee. I asked for 2 sugar/cream. I tossed the coffee, the birds had the doughnut. What a way to start a very long day.

Unfortunately I’m not happy at all. A year ago they used to have Great staff, fast service food and coffee were always fresh and tasty but not anymore with the new management. Staff is rude. Yesterday I got dozen of Boston cream (my favorite) it was not fresh and the donut was really stale (like frozen before) I was so disappointed.. I went back within less then 5 mints to the store to exchange it with fresh dozen. the staff replied rudely “can do nothing about it..u have already tried one of them !!!!” so I opened the dozen box and asked everyone around to look and try .. customers looked at the staff surprisingly and the staff did nothing regarding this !! so I left the dozen box on the counter in the store and left . I used to lovvvve this store but the system of the new management seems to be weird and not professional!!!!
