This is the 4th time this has happened. Paid for Sour Cream and Guacamole, and none. It's not about the money. It's about caring about getting the order correct. Shouldn't have to hold up the Drive-Thru line to check my own order. I'm sad to see that a Well run chain is losing it on the simple details and easy fixes.

The food was good. I ordered the wrong thing my daughter recommended that was good to her. What i did order was good chilli cheese fries with pastrami. I was pleased with it. Its the signature fries thats the bomb. The one i was suppose to order and forgot all i remember is she told me they had good pastrami😀

Added: In doing food deliveries every time I've been in to pick up order everyones masks are below their mouths and a few register females completely maskless. Get sick point to them. Super nacho with something extra= a bolt in our food. Manager samina completely disrespectful when brought to her attention.

Found a hair in my salsa, a thick coarse hair like a facial, nasal, or pubic hair. Went in for a refund over this atrocious health code violation, which I find all the more of a negligent error during the pandemic. While waiting for the manager I noticed their coffee machine had a collage of customer complaints, all over it. I would not want to blatantly display evidence of my business's flagrant mistakes for anyone to see in my establishment. Maybe they have that there as a warning that they really could care less. Both cooks I saw were walking around with their masks pulled down and several other staff members in the kitchen removing their masks away from the window. If you are interested in persevering your health, stay clear of this abhorrent location.
