I'm dissapointed. I usually eat Wetzel's Pretzels, AMAZING Pretzels! I tried this place at the mall. Can't even stomach it. Horrible taste and texture, hardly smells like a pretzel, the Icing doesnt even taste like cream cheese. AND they hit you with a $0.50 card charge fee.
I hope this store goes out of business and any other branch opened!
Truly dissapointed.
I only wanted to enjoy possibly one of the greatest experiences ever, they ruined mine.
