If you're here for the soups dont expect it to be done all the time. Its like a mcdonalds ice cream machine it usually isnt prepared and after long hours of waiting; from the morning all the way to the afternoon I called them and they still didn't have any soup ready. You'd be lucky if you ever heard them say the soup was ready lmao. At least the mac and cheese is always ready and thats pretty good so ill give it an extra star for effort.

Quality has gone down over the past year and I'm going to stop coming for weekend breakfast. If you order a Large Cappuccino, about 2/3 of it will be foam. Bagels seem stale. They sell out of Soufflés by 8am (still can't grasp the economics of that as to why the store manager hasn't upped the stock delivery quantity to meet late-morning demand?!?). Soda drinks are usually flat or overly carbonated. Cookies and deserts are over-priced or stale (I once had a cookie so hard I couldn't eat it). The kettle chips are so oily that they can make a napkin see-thru; plus they too are like chewing on rocks. And some of the staff actually seem annoyed to be having to take your order. There are still about 3-4 servers that work hard, but for $12 breakfasts and ~$18 lunches, I'd rather spend my money on something a little better.
