Ehh…A smile and some manners go along way. Worker was clearly not happy to be there and didn’t care. My sandwich bread was stale and hard. I won’t be back to this location. Bad experience. I’m not even sure what I paid for.

We had gotten Subway in Omaha last weekend and it was delicious. It rekindled our love of this sandwich shop. We decided to get it again this weekend in Overland Park and the order was 45 minutes later than the pick up time. They didn’t have the bread we requested and they barely put any meat or sauces on the sandwiches (3 ft longs). Guess we will stick with Omaha Subway if at all.

I made in order 30 min in advance.
The order was not done, the employee has locked the doors. Pretending that he couldnt hear me knock. He decides to make my order while still having the door locked. The time was 8 pm and the place shuts down at 9. Without saying a word. He hands me my bag. I leave And he walks out side locking the door behind him. To go hang out in his car.for the rest of his shift.
My order is completely wrong.
That was the shad-iest thing i have ever seen!

The service sucked the guy was very rude ask him if he had anymore vitamin water he went to the back to check but he didn’t check at all then he shorten my meat What I don’t get how can you run out of everything no lettuce no jalapeños no mayonnaise just ridiculous I would give it zero stars If I could

There was only one employee there and there was a lunch line up. She stayed calm, cool and collected and served everyone with a friendly attitude and a speedy service.

The guy behind the counter didn't care. He acted as if I was a nuisance and was super slow. He also was whispering the entire order, I could hardly hear him. I also asked for Mao and got close to none. I might as well have made my own.

I was shorted meat on my spicy Italian when I tried to explain she kept telling me that's not how we do it anymore. I don't care how you make it but I'm not going to pay full price for a sandwich with half the ingredients. I drove 15 minutes out of the way to another subway and they made it correctly without having to be asked not to rip me off.

I went to Subway today, 10/4 at 5:30. The employee told me they were out of wheat bread and did not have enough tuna to make my sandwich. Two staples of the chain and they were not available???. He suggested that I go to a different Subway for my sandwich. Not only is that location double my driving distance, it was also closed. I ended up going to a new sandwich shop called Capriotti's that was only 2 extra minutes from my home. I now have a new sandwich shop to go to.
