Just went through the drive thru… (7700 METCALF AVE OVERLAND PARK KS 66204) This is what I got….👇🏽 I guess it’s my fault since I keep “assuming” that they’ll get it right this time. I have LITERALLY had to get refunds and meal replacements MULTIPLE times!!! It’s what happens when they are so close to the house and my food is still COLD when I get home. Convenience is NOT always worth it! Try to fix it by calling but then no answer! Not to mention it was NOT peak hours. There were 3 cars in total in the drive thru. (I was the second car) Absolutely NO REASON TO BE SERVED RAW MEAT!!!! AT ANY POINT!!! I will be calling CORPORATE….

Food is alright, you get what you get, it’s McDonald’s. The reason for a 3 star is because in the drive through, the robot taking the orders is terrible. It consistently takes the wrong orders and I have to go back and correct it. It’s annoying and time consuming. I wanted two things and it took 5 minutes to get the order correct. The staff members are cool though.

Bereft of customers upon arrival, I would have expected this place to be clean, but it wasn't. The drink station was especially nasty and appeared to have not been cleaned for quite a while, as there was dried soda on almost the entire surface. Although seen, no one approached us at the front counter to take our order, so we were forced to use the order kiosk. The order took forever to come out. The young lady working to gather and bring the orders out was very pleasant and seemed to be the only one concerned that customers were waiting entirely too long for food. One young man sauntered in slowly from outside and appeared to not really care much, even after management asked him to speed up. The parking lot of this location also needs some work. Interior decor is somewhat lacking. Bathrooms needed attention.

The service was horrible. They had only kids working. The only one who was professional was the girl who worked at Amazon and who you guys where trying to make a manager. She was absolutely awesome! Other then that the food was cold,, and it took 20 minutes to get two 10 piece chicken nuggets, and a Big Mac. The fries were cold.

Was picking up a delivery order from here 7 minutes before close. I waited at the drive-thru and drove around 2 times. I saw the order I was supposed to pick up already ready on the counter. They were pretending to be closed. I waited at the window for someone then right at close I saw someone look at the ready order then at me then they ignored me and walked away while I was honking and waving at them. They looked me dead in the eyes and just walked away. Just happened.

I don't usually write bad reviews because it's not really worth the time but after time and again of coming to this location and them getting my order wrong I felt obligated. I just started working in the area recently and because of allergies and dietary restrictions I eat literally the same thing every day. 2 mcdoubles plain no bun. Literally just meat and cheese is all I'm trying to get the first handful of times it was perfect then one day they didn't make it plain the next time they still put it on a bun (couldn't even eat it due to a gluten allergy) so I started going to one slightly further away because I could make it if traffic allowed during my break but today I didn't have the extra time and so I went back to this location in hopes it would be differenti was wrong and so im going without food again because I don't have time to go somewhere else and my order was incorrect I was told if I ordered it plain they couldn't do no bun which makes no sense because I've ordered it before and so I said I just want meat and cheese nothing else no bun nothing literally meat and cheese my receipt says meat and cheese only but what's in the bag two mcdoubles on buns marked as plain that I can't eat be ause of an allergy I don't understand how they used to grt it right and no other McDonald's around has an issue with 2 mcdoubles plain no bun but this location drops the ball time and again on such an easy order
