Taco Bell

Eye didn't like that eye asked for taco sauce, napkins, and straws then ensured everything was in the bag. My son looked and said he didn't see any. Employee then said it was under everything because they put those in first while waiting on food to go in. Ended up going to the gas station down the street and got what eye asked for when eye checked again. Was on a time schedule to head out of town so eye took their word for it. Neva again however our food was good and fresh overall.

So you can't place an order in person anymore? You have to use the nasty kiosk that has a thousand other people's nasty germs on it? And then I place my order I get back to my hotel to eat it and the crunchwrap tortilla is stale and crunchy (not in a good way) and my chicken soft taco shell is completely attached to the wrapper so it rips apart when I try to get it out of the package. Definitely not a five-star experience.Good thing I'm not a local because I'll not be a repeat customer.

Went into the lobby to place an order. After standing at the counter for about 6 minutes with the staff and supervisor watching us, an employee comes to the counter and removes the cash drawer. I asked the supervisor/manager what was up. He replied that we had to order at the kiosk, and that it was shift change. The time was 8:02 pm. We left the store and went to Wendy's. I won't go back to this Taco Bell again.

Very friendly staff. Fast service except for the fact that pretty sure the entire staff came to the drive thru window to look at the dogs I had in the truck with me. Just kidding they all got the drive-thru line moving quickly. Seems like everything moves and runs smoothly until someone orders giant order without calling ahead then the wait times about triple. Then once they get to where traffic backed up to the road. Takes awhile to play catch up. Have been in 2 drive-thru lines where the employees get fed up and quit. Keep up the great work employees and keep pushing thru. Thanks

I placed an order for one of their breakfast steak burritos. The flour tortilla had gaping holes in it with the steak and egg filling just falling out. I called the store and spoke with an employee who said if I came in later they would replace my food. I was unable to return until lunch time at which point their eye-rolling manager refused to replace my order because it was lunch and told me to come in the morning. Why not just replace it it with a lunch time burrito and why give so much attitude towards a customer. I won't be returning.
