Horrible customer service. Was told 3 times when I called that they only offer one size soup; a quart. When I called back, I received nothing but attitude. Posting this so people know what they are getting since the restaurant doesn’t know the sizes they offer. Would have given a zero if I could.

I love the jade express and I tell people how good the food and the service are. Never had bad service. Well this time was so different. They got everything wrong. Won't go back.

I love this place! It's all good! Shrimp fried rice, with extra bean sprouts & extra shrimp is the best! That's not the only thing they're shrimp are huge than like magic wok & others I tried! Totally worth 5 stars. All authentic. Keep it up Jade Express.

Brown rice was the big draw for me. $60 for four people seemed a little high but they advertise brown rice and I’m diabetic. So the brown rice was a really big draw for me. The orange chicken was mediocre at best. Chicken with broccoli had carrots and tasted decently good. The hot and sour soup wasn’t hot or sour or seasoned. Guessing that’s why it wasn’t hot or sour. Sweet and sour chicken was almost a brick.
The brown rice was not brown rice. It was white rice. My blood sugar proved this. And I payed $60 for it so I was eating it. My 9 year old kid makes better fried rice.

Sadly enough, after years loving their food, was hit with maybe some new people that actually tried get my daughter to pay for our food again after already paying & not even letting her in the restaurant to get our food!! Truly sad that we can't trust!!!!

Super yum. When China One buffet closed we were at a loss, we didn’t care for some of the other Chinois places on Navarre. This place was hot, fast, and delicious. My only complaint was the chop of the veggies was gigantic. Still stuffed them into my face though. YummmmmEEE
