Mcdonald's

This location has been one of the worst if not the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. In fact I said I would never go to this location again because it seemed to get worse every time I went. It has been a long time since I have been here and only because it was the only option that I had is why I stopped here. I was expecting the same terrible service but I will admit I was very surprised and happy with the service and quality of the meal. By quality I mean it was actually wrapped neat and when opened it looked like it had a process to being made and not thrown into a wrapper and served however it happened to land. I don't know if it is under a different manager or just got lucky and caught it at a good time but I will give it another shot before I decide. If I get the same experience as I did on this visit then I will give 5 stars and be glad I can stop by this location that is closer to home and not drive around the county to get to another location that is half decent

The employees at this location were incredibly rude. They took over 4 minutes to take my order and then the person was very short with me. I ordered fresh fries and dish not get them so when I went back in I asked for fresh fries again. The manager gave attitude and rudely told me "they were fresh, but I'll get you more". When she brought the fries back I said thank you and got no response, so I said it much louder, again with no response. If you're going to work with the public, you need to at least act like you care. There is no reason to have attitude with a customer. I do customer service and would never talk to a customer like that or give them attitude. She acted like the cost of the fresh fries was coming directly out of her pocket and there's no reason for this behavior.

We waited in line for 20 minutes after placing a mobile order - a line formed and many people ended up leaving because of the wait. When we finally got to the window somebody greeted us and we let them know we had a mobile order - we got no response for a couple minutes before we watched the staff walk out of the restaurant and lock the doors. From across the parking lot they yelled "we're closed", laughed, got in their cars and left. Under staffed or not it was extremely unprofessional and downright rude.

I know times have been rough for McDonald's restaurant they've been having a hard time keeping help their employees are not pleasant or friendly anymore very rarely but this morning I go and get breakfast pay the price for the specialty drinks not for me for my family I get to going down the road and I realize they didn't even feel the drink up look at that. With the money you pay for the specialty coffees you would think that they would at least make sure your drink is full not here guys this is pathetic they have no manners I say thank you never you're welcome they just ignore me and go about their business every now and then you hear a thank you have a nice day but very rarely most of the time it's folks who begrudgingly work there so anyway the other day I thought I'll make a difference I'll order curbside delivery and I'll tip the guy 20 bucks it's not a lot of money but it is to me so he comes out he brings my small orders of the car I give him $20 he looks at it like what am I going to do with only 20 bucks he stands there and just nothing nothing so anyway that's the end of my tipping McDonald's employees hoping they wouldn't be a little better and a little more friendly I have tipped them many times hoping that it would make their day better I always said if they would hire employees on commission the McDonald's would have a better restaurant they would be eager to serve or at least hardly on a tip basis but it is what it is. If you looking for friendliness go to Chick-fil-A that's just the way that it is and I'll be honest with you the thing that keeps me coming back is the gravy biscuit would make a Chihuahua break a logging chain it's so good to try to get to it but I'm going on a diet Monday so that should fix all this all I've got to say is eat more chicken!
