One Wagyu burger was dry and overcooked but one was perfect. Not sure how that happens but whatever the cooking process is should be more consistent. Spending 7 dollars on a dry overcooked burger is not the experience I would like.
The fries came overcooked just a step away from burnt too, not the worst except one curly fry was a large solid coil-brick about 4-5 inches long. Not a big deal though. The wrap we had also had way too much of the ranch sauce on it. Good service and clean but inconsistent.

The worse Arbys I've ever been to. Went through drive thru, ordered two side salads, one with balsamic vinaigrette and the other ranch and a small crinkle fry..I repeated my order twice. Got to window, paid and even repeated order to young lady...I get home lettuce is brown and wilted, the dressing is totally different from what I ordered and curly fries...not crinkle. I have tried calling for 30 minutes and it keeps cutting me off.

Been 3 different times this year and every time the order was wrong. I tried to call to let them know they didn't give me my 6 peice cheese sticks but the phone says no one to take call and hangs up. They said their receipt and card system was down. Done with this place.

I like Arby's. I used to REALLY like Arby's (arby-q, anyone?). I like their Ruben and their gyros. They are a little expensive but they all are now. I will even eat those greasy cold curly fries. They finally got pickles and I hope they keep them.

I'll start with the good, the new sandwich is awesome! Brisket, Bacon & Roast Beef. But the curly fries today were soaked in grease :( you could see it and they were overcooked. I went to the Drive-thru and didn't bother taking them back, had it been Dine-in I would have! And it was extremely expensive for one meal! $14 and change

worst frise ive have ever had from a fastfood resturant ever. they are dry, cold, and old. ive called to complain and get another order od fries but this location doesnt seem to take phone calls i can see why. first and last time eatting arbys.

Got order wrong, fish sandwich ordered plain for kid got regular, ordered brisket sandwich got classic beef and cheddar. Paid for brisket sandwich. Tried to call, recording no one available to take your call goodbye.

I can always count on Arby's to bring that deliciousness that my kids and I crave. I bought some cheese sticks for my little ones and they tore them to pieces! Customer service reminds me of valet service for some reason. Those guys are prompt and always ask if I need any condiments. Great "All Around" restaurant to frequently visit.
