Starbucks

Very disappointed with our most recent visit. Usually, wait times are already over 25 minutes if it's a nice Saturday afternoon but today was unbelievable. It was a Thursday afternoon so not many people were in the store. I saw 7 baristas and just a few people waiting for their drinks but had to wait a stunning 13 minutes before my drink came. Also, only like 2 of the baristas were actually making drinks/preparing food, the others were dancing around not doing anything productive. The baristas even prioritized the people who had ordered after I did which made it take even longer. The drink didn't taste as good as other stores make it either. Service was extremely slow. Do not recommend and will not be coming back

Staff was rude. I had to repeat myself several times because she couldn’t hear me due to my mask and so I pulled it down so she could finally hear then got yelled at twice for having my mask down to help the cashier out and for having my mask not fully covering my nose (it was literally at the tip of my nose and I was far from people) she didn’t ring up my order right. Asked for two and only got one. I’m from PA and this was just a terrible experience. Will never go back!

Terrible Experience!!! Starbucks is well-loved not only because of the quality of its coffee, but also the quality of its service. But certainly that was not what I experienced at the Natick Mall’s Starbuck store yesterday. One of their employees supposedly accused me (an old Chinese lady) of not waiting in the line when it was my turn to order the coffee after a long wait. After I confronted them, instead of making an apology and focusing on improving their service, the store manager tried to justify their improper behavior. I wonder what made that employee baselessly think that I did not wait in the line ??? My color, my nationality, my age, my look ....
