Dunkin'

as my followers know I base my reviews first on good access to mobility impairment I think the entire Mobile online order system should be renovated, such as some type of card swipe or code so you don't have to explain what you ordered, when you ordered it etc there was a woman who was either new or didn't understand me and it would have been easier to simply place the order and pay cash. (but the "points earned' together real quickly to get you a free coffee when you're broke at the end of the month LOL. the service was great. ***** please remember to tip these men and women, 50 cents won't kill you and they are hard-working versus panhandlers who are making more now than they are!****❤️

I, unfortunately, frequent this Dunkin "Donuts" due to being in the area for business. EVERY single time, they're out of some particular donut I'm looking for. And it's not like I order the same ones, I pick things up for coworkers so it's random. It should just be called Dunkin' Pisswater Coffee because getting any kind of donut here is hot or miss. Seems I'll be going way out of my way to find another place that actually has DONUTS on their shelves. Any suggestions on a good, locally owned bakery?

Visited this location to experience nothing but problems. Asked for butter pecan, the advertised flavor; they don't have it in stock. Ordered a sandwich; their oven was down. Waited ten minutes because the espresso machine was being cleaned; the woman working the register couldn't get it to work. I was offered a refund and an apology, for which I was grateful, but as a pedestrian who's nearby alternatives are just as far from my apartment in the opposite direction of this location--and for those alternatives to open an hour later--it is tremendously inconvenient to start the morning with so many difficulties.

Great place if you're in the need of a bathroom stop. Truthfully I don't recall the last time I bought a coffee or something else there. The coffee is way to expensive. Cumberland Farms has just as good coffee and you make it yourself. Never disappointed cause there's not enough cream or sugar. To top it off you can add a shot or flavoring to your liking. Donuts and pastry are not fresh there all brought in on the back of a truck from god knows where. Sandwiches well there all nuked in the microwave. Now with all that in mind is there any other reason to stop there except for the bathrooms.
