Orange Leaf Natick

After we selected our cup sizes and put yogurt in them, the owner said we went over the top edge of the cup and had to pay for the next size up. When I looked displeased she said "okay, I won't charge for the next size, but don't take any toppings." This seemed ridiculous because my next to smallest cup cost over five dollars. When we went previously a young worker didn't do that. In addition, the yogurt is watery and is weakly flavored. The toppings appear good though I couldn't try to them. I looked up the ingredients and they are not all natural. Other people seemed to enjoy the place so you'll have to judge for yourself.

Do not bring your family here. We wanted to get frozen yogurt as our last family activity before parting and the way we were treated completely ruined the mood. Like many of the other comments mentioned, the lady at the front is quite rude. She stares at all the customers and will interrupt you to tell you that you've overfilled the cup and tries to charge you for it. We've been to other orange-leafs before and we've never heard of being charged for "overfilling". If they don't want to give customers the liberty of filling up the cups how they want, they should change their pricing policy. Don't come here unless you don't mind having your kids being told off, mediocre toppings, and sticky tables. Would give 0 stars.

I would give this place a zero, they are ridiculously rude to veterans. Me and my husband went here for a frozen yogurt and asked the Vietnamese woman if they have a veteran discount. My husband showed her his driver license where it clearly states he is a veteran. The woman didn’t seem to know a driver license works and insisted upon checking his VA card. We felt so insulted, my husband risked his life to protect this country and should not be treated this way. I also noted the woman constantly checked on people, kept interrupting and treated them like they are all thieves.
