Dunkin'

So I got my coffee and it was leaking all over my car and the lid would not go on the cup and I got hot coffee all over my hand and interior of my car. I parked as soon as I got out of the drive thru and got out of my car and spilled the other half of my XL coffee all over the parking lot and marched into the store for them to give me another coffee and complain covered in coffee (as well as the interior of my car). They gave me a new coffee but only offered napkins to try and clean up like that's going to help on sticky coffee. They didn't even offer anything to apologize. We all know how much it cost to detail a car.

I have been a regular drivethru customer of this DD since they first opened up this location many years ago and the current staff here is remarkable! They recognize me by my voice, know me by my name and even know what my regular order is every morning! I’m sure they are not met with the friendliest of people every morning as they have not yet had their morning coffee but the staff always has a smile on their face. I just wanted to let the staff know how appreciative I am of their customer service and always providing me with yummy food & delicious coffee every morning! Thank you!
