My first time back since KFC upgrade hoped it had improved since a bad experience nasty floors, bathroom dirty, food sub-par. Well the place looks a lot better and cleaner but the food not so good, the chicken was dry and old like cooked in the morning and served all day not fresh, biscuits doughy inside. The only thing good was the mashed potatoes not went in the garbage.

The lady at the counter is disrespectful I would never eat food here again the floors are not mopped there’s water everywhere tables are dirty customers can’t even sit at the table and bathroom is disgusting bathroom doesn’t even have a lock on it I definitely don’t recommend eating here

Rude disrespectful staff. Refused to personalize our order (as they always have…we like dark meat) especially when our order would have been 60 dollars. For that price I better be paying for what I want to eat! We just left and went somewhere else.

Me and my Co workers just got off work.And get some food. So we decided on KFC. Looking at the menu and right before we could put our order in the drive thur gurl tells us they only have only a few items to chose from but what they gave us was not a chicken tenders it was breaded bones please beware for your safety and children safety and the price of it was ridiculous We want my money back KFC

Got popcorn chicken, but it didn't come in the normal container. It came in a box for fries instead. It wasn't even full. Paid $20 for basically one serving of popcorn chicken, and a single serving of cole slaw and mac and cheese. Owner is really skimping out on portion sizes.

Stayed in nearby hotel on our way to the beach. Hubby was hungry for KFC. It is always a treat for him to have their chicken. We used the drive in.But, this chicken was so bad. It was old and mushy. Side dishes were nasty. Not a cheap place to eat either. We were too exhausted to return the garbage meal. I ate peanut butter crackers. Lesson learned!

Chicken just warm but still good!! The prices have sky rocked! Not their fault but shocking even at this time! Always clean fast service! Food bar was not available!
