Arby's

I was a little shocked at how rude I was treated here, but the food was good! I pulled up on Thursday, January 6, at 9:35 and I saw that the menu looked like it had a deal for a medium chocolate mint shake that was the same price as the small. I tried to order that, but figured out very quickly that it must be a mistake. That was fine, I ordered a small. However, the woman taking my order gave me a lot of attitude as if I was demanding something that I knew wasn't possible, even though it was just a mistake. When I came to the window I just let them know that the advertisement might need to get updated and she got very upset with me again and gave me more lip and then explained by saying "look, the price is what is pulled up in the machine for a small what do you want me to do about it!!?" And I said "Oh, no, you don't have to do anything for me, I just wanted to bring it to your attention so it doesn't cause future confusion" then she was very kind to me when she realized my intentions. I don't see why she isn't trained to deescalate a situation first, instead of jumping to the conclusion that I'm attacking them. Poor training, but that's a person by person thing.

It depends on who's running it. Each manager does different work. One manager is clearly better than the other. I placed an order online they didn't give me my milkshake, claimed the machine was out of order, they didn't give us curly fries. Said they didn't have any. All they gave us was excuses as to why they didn't have this or that but they surely kept the money and tried to give you fountain drinks to replace what you actually spent. 3 days later much better. A young man named Andrew was doing everything took my order made my milkshake corrected my order that they messed up even though he logged everything into the computer right. Half the workers could care less and a very few just go out of their way to do their best.

It was the drive roast beef and cheddar I have ever had in all my life. I couldn't even taste the cheddar on it and they have changed their brand of mayonnaise and it was like I didn't even have mayonnaise on my sandwich. Was very disappointed. They aren't the only Arby's that have gotten that way though a lot of Arby's skip on the cheese on the beef and cheddar if I wanted a plain roast beef sandwich I would have ordered a plain roast beef sandwich.

We dined inside at this location and the customer service from the door was awesome! The order taker Chris was outstanding! He was multitasking by taking orders, assisting the back of the house and he asked us did we need anything while we were eating! Now that’s an A plus customer service type of place! The food was awesome too and we were stuffed!
