Mcdonald's

The average McDonald’s food but the restaurant was a disaster. The staff seemed like they were all rundown and demotivated. No attention to detail or care for the job they were doing. The ordering system was slow and the food was not made how it was ordered. It looked like they literally threw it together! Everything else was a mess. Garbage all over the floor, spilled drink, wrappers etc. it looks like to place had not been cleaned the entire day. I’ll find a better McDonald’s that is up to their standards next time.

Where to begin! They always forget something you ordered and it's always your fault never their fault no matter how many times you go it always happens! They argue with you and say you didn't order it every time it never fails! The kids who take your order are not polite and rush you through the drive thru. The manager is just as bad! They never apologize for their mistakes they are always right never the customer! Bad attitudes all the way around! I don't want to have to argue everytime I go there but always do to get the correct order. Always leave there feeling stressed from their incompetence. I feel like I need to see a threapist everytime.

Clean eating inside & outside areas no problem parking food served hot & fresh excellent customer service with mgr Aronda in charge & making it always enjoyable for me to take my grandchildren there...will continue to patronize that exact location because it is close to where they live that I can stop at before I drop them off at my daughter's home.
