Tim Hortons

I love Tim Hortons, but this location is very inconsistent. My most recent purchase was two caramel macchiatos that tasted like coconut. They were awful. I would have taken them back, but we live 20+ minutes away. Fortunately for us there is another location that is always good and that is where we will be going from now on.

My sister ordered from DoorDash. It was a disaster, we had a simple order, 2 coffees, one bagel and a wrap. The bagel was supposed to be an Asiago bagel & the wrap was supposed to be a loaded wrap bacon and sausage & in special instructions I asked for the eggs to be fresh because last time we got DoorDash our egg was grey and hard...when it arrived after 40+ minutes...the bagel was plain and the wrap was made with Swiss cheese, 2 eggs that WERE HARD AND GREY AGAIN, and had 2 sausage and was made with Swiss cheese! I hate Swiss, it said it came with American. We took pictures. It’s a let down. We’ve had good & bad experiences here, but it’s safe to say we’re done. My sister even went back for a replaces order- still no Asiago bagel & there was no eggs this time on the wrap & barely grilled. She gave up an said it was fine. It’s not to me.

Eh not my favorite Tim hortons but not horrible! The girls behind the counter where friendly the restaurant it self is not very clean . I was meeting with a client and there where no clean tables I had to clean one myself and pray I didn’t put my contract in something sticky Other then that it’s okay I may or may not go back

The quality is very inconsistent. The coffee drinks never look or taste the same. Even when I ask for whipped cream there's only whipped cream half the time. Even the food is inconsistent. My partner and I order the same things every time we go and it's never the same. Last time I went I ordered a BLT, went home and it was a chicken salad. the same trip the cashier kept trying to hand us a drink we said wasn't ours. Today we went and the breakfast sandwich my partner got was burnt, no whipped cream on the ice cap when we asked for it, and our donuts were in bags they were just thrown in the bottom of the big bag under our sandwiches. My BLT was dry and hard to eat, as was my donut. With most of our experiences not being worth the money, I don't think we will be going back.

I visited around 12:30 am tonight and needed something to eat, not wanting fried foods from other late-night fast food restaurants. I was expecting a donut or bagel, but when I asked the employee taking my order (Randy) if I could order food, they told me they could only do some stuff due to a lack of ingredients. They told me a list of things they did have the ingredients for and offered them on a bagel because they didn't have bread. I told them I didn't want to put them out, but they insisted they were happy to do it. I had them make a turkey club on an everything bagel and ordered a cup of soup. Randy was so friendly at the window and I asked them if they were the only one working, and they said they were. I was just so taken aback, because it would have been a lot less work and time spent on my order if Randy had just told me they didn't have bread and can only do soup or bagels. Instead, Randy went the extra mile and accommodated my request with a smile on their face. Most employees would have taken a route that were easiest for them, especially since they're alone in the store. Instead, I took my food home and pulled out the sandwich Randy made me which, by the way, was the best-looking sandwich I've ever gotten at a Tim Horton's!!!! Randy is a great employee and I was lucky to meet them tonight!!
