Dunkin'

Every time I come they manage to mess something up. Today they put egg on my croissant when I asked them not to. And I asked for sausage instead. I went back and asked them to remake it and they gave me the same sandwich. Cold. No sausage. And the second I picked it up it fell apart. I went back in for the 3 rd time and the finally got it right. Not to mention my FROZEN coffee wasn’t frozen. And about 80% of the time I go in there and have to wait while they finish their conversations in the back. This is not the first time this happened. Now the staff is nice but they don’t make the food right.

First of all it is too early to deal.with incompetent people. I asked 3 times for Bavarian cream and still she gave me Boston cream. Then to add insult to injury they're chocolate frosted so how did she give them to me .... IN A BAG on top of each other , so both sides are covered in chocolate. Clearly she isnt very intelligent or doesnt care about good customer service. I dont know which but what I do know is I WANTED BAVARIAN CREAM 🤬🤬🤬🤬 also I ordered an almond milk latte and instead they gave me some very sweet vanilla garbage. Completely incompetent.

My goodness…My family and I used to LOVE coming here and getting our favorite Hazelnut drink but NOW they for some reason don’t have hazelnut flavor and all there other coffee is either milked down or not flavorful enough. Lastly, they gave my little brother expired sour chocolate milk and it made him throw up. Dunkin lost a loyal customer today.
