Hardee's

I stopped going to Hardee's about a year ago. My daughter and I bought sandwiches and our "Hot Ham and Cheese" sandwiches were not only cold but had ICE CRYSTALS in the middle! I had no idea they do not serve fresh sandwiches! They obviously pop them in the microwave from a frozen state! So today my daughter (who works from home) texted me she is out of drinks and asked if I could run and get something for her to get her through the afternoon. Hardee's is the closest place that has cherry coke so I went there. I was thinking about the frozen hot ham and cheese ordeal and was remembering how much I used to like them. I decided maybe I should give them another chance since it had been so long since I'd had one. Guess what! It was cold, too! Not frozen ice crystals this time... but felt cold like it had just come out of a refrigerator. I fed it to my dogs! Unbelievable! How can you market a sandwich as a HOT ham and cheese and serve them cold or frozen??? I won't be giving them any more chances!

Hardee's has great burgers. They taste like they're fresh off The grill. Their fries are not my favorite but that's just a matter of taste. Sometimes the breakfast biscuits are good but sometimes they're dry and overcooked. Overall Hardee's is a good place but they're on the expensive side. I believe their prices are too high.

Food lousy cold fries with the big Hardee meal. Couldn't finish half of burger and mostvof fries due to it so bad. Normally their shakes are best in town but cup only had about 1/2 ice cream shake and the rest was some horrible whipped topping. So the gave me a half a shake which are around $4.25 with tax. Whipped topping tasted like it was previously frozen cause it was spit out lumpy and awful. Last time I complained there they did not make it up to me. That's their policy from what I understand. Once I forgot my purchased cup of coffee in drive through and they gave me a hard time about that as well.
