So we went to Denny's last night on Earth Orangeburg by 99 and they had no nothing but the waiter was so awesome awesome we dealt with it tonight we show up at Denny's on McHenry by Orangeburg it was great the food was good they didn't have no hash Browns and they didn't have no Buffalo sauce but we made it let me send you a picture of what we had lol🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Only one person serving front and back and serving us cold coffee, had to get out own utensils. Took forever to remember to get us our drinks. Had to remind multiple times. Put our food order in right away and we are still waiting almost 45 minutes in. Used to come to this one a lot as a kid but first time being back as an adult and the service has really gone down. Like no standards.

They were super short staffed, and it looked like is was all women. They handled it like the champs they are. Service was a little slow but they were awesome.
Went for a mobile order pick up on 3/20 there were some rude people waiting to be seated but the manager handled bagging orders and seating people as best she could idk her name but her middle name is Edith shes an awesome human being keeping going girl. Her staff looked happy. And like they enjoy working with her. So KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS

If you order for pick up, give it a look before leaving because getting all the ingredients as advertised might not matter to the cooks here. Got a super spicy bowl and its missing three advertised ingredients. Those happen to be the cheese and both of the only sauces this dish has... so nice and dry. Anyway yeah if you choose to pay $15 for a pick up meal from this location be prepared double its apparently your job ok ;)

My partner & I went in & every one was standing around in the front of the register waiting to get seated/checked out. Waited for 15 minutes to get a table, no big deal since it is a Sunday morning rush. We got seated, menu’s were given to us, but no one came to check on us for 30 minutes while other people were being served around us. We never ordered drinks. So my partner & I decided to leave, the manager (I assume) asked us “are you going to pay for your food?” & we told her “we never got any food or drinks” she then said “the server is very new”. As someone who also works a service job, I feel like she was throwing her employee under the bus. Maybe train them better and not blame a new hire.

Not a consistent Denny's in my experience. On one hand some days you will get the best experience of a dennys with a great cook and a great waiter or waitress, like the experience I had recently. On another hand you will get the a cook and the food will take like 40min to a hour to get to you so I don't know what to say about that. If you do plan on going here I would recommend going in the morning or early afternoon, but after all it's your choice.

I order lunch via their website for takeout. I ordered a sandwich and fries. It was ready when I got there and everything was hot and how I ordered it. The sandwich was very good. And the staff was nice when I picked up my order. My only complaint would be that the sandwich I got was very small for the price.

If I could give this place zero stars I really would. Do not waste your time coming here. Last year I made an order through DoorDash and selected pickup. I ended up waiting over half an hour just to get my food cold and listen to two of the waitresses argue back and forth. A few months ago I decided to give it another try, we ended up leaving since the manager said that she has a meeting and there is no one to seat us. Today we went in and it was not crowded at all. We stood there for about 10 to 15 mins just to be told that they are not seating anyone because they are understaffed and that she was too new to serve us. Worst Denny's ever. I strongly advise taking your time to go to the one in Ceres. This place is not worth it.
