Subway

Tonight my daughter had a dance performance and all she wanted after was subway. We came here with 20 minutes until closing time. I know that can be so annoying sometimes. The worker was very nice to us and didn’t seem annoyed at all. The only sad part was that all they had was wheat bread so my daughter was sad but that’s to be expected at the end of the night.

I tried calling the store after there were some issues with my order. No answer, I wish I'd read the reviews first. My Cali Turkey club (which I've had before from another location) is missing most of ALL of the premium ingredients that merit the price. I'm so frustrated that I threw my receipt away after my delivery came. 🤦‍♀️ Should've read the reviews. Edit I found some of the mozzarella hidden in there but def no avocado 🥺

I ordered a delivery through Subways website. The order never showed up. Tried calling several times to find out where my order was, no answer. I call this morning and they answered, the lady was beyond rude, she told me the order never came to the store. Great I would like my money back, she claims again that it didn’t come to them. I asked for a manager and she told me the manager would tell me the same thing. Don’t even deserve a 1 star. I think it may be time for a new manager at that store. The way the staff treats customers is a direct reflection of management.

Worst subway ever. Online order said it was ready. It wasn't ready when I arrived at the ready time. I asked for help. The manager was no help and was very rude. She said to call my bank, didn't offer any help. I would like a call from the owner. Order finally went through. No apology. This subway needs work on online ordering.

With chains, I tend to judge them by the staff because the recipes change very little from place to place. For this one, it's not bad. There are a few women here that are wicked fast and they make the sandwiches right and to specifications. With Subway sandwiches I judge on how "tight" they are. You know, like not sloppy. Last thing I want is a dripping, soaking mess of bread and veg. Luckily, this one tends to be on the tight side of sandwich making. However, they sometimes get a worker that's pretty slow. 4/5

Worst customer service ever. So rude so careless about everything. Asking for a napkin was like asking for money. I also had a coupon that had recently expired and they did nothing to even acknowledge my coupon, the coupon was only $1 dollar off, and the guy and the manager would prefer to loss the sale rather than discount one dollar of their tasteless sandwich. Won’t come back here.
