Dunkin'

Service is consistently good at this Dunks location. Only complaint is that the quality of Dunks' coffee has gone down a bit the past few years... Always seems to taste burnt. It's like that at every location though, not just here. Never have an issue with my orders here. Food comes out as ordered. Drinks made as asked. Saw someone catch my wife's drink made wrong a few days back, chuck it, and ask someone to make it again. Appreciate that attention to detail.

On the go orders are never ready. They always have an excuse as to why it’s not. Expect me to wait in line to tell them I’m waiting for an on the go order. What’s so on the go about having to stand in lines and waiting? The manager is rude along with 80% of the staff. The others are just deers in headlights. Drive thru can’t handle more than 2 cars/orders at a time.

After waiting in line for 15 minutes, no response finally someone comes on, repeating my order twice, I get to the window, they take my money and I wait 6 minutes more for my coffee while they are making someone else’s order only to have the rude manager argue with me when I asked for my coffee! I’ve been there several times when 1 person was on and got faster service and 3 people were on tonight! I’ve had enough of her bad attitude. I go there every single day and after my experience tonight I will go somewhere else to spend my money!
