Subway

Thanks for the mustard and vinegar sandwich! I got this on Uber so I wasn’t there to stop them from drowning my sandwich in vinegar mustard and like 30 banana peppers. Let alone bell peppers which I didn’t even order. There was not a good bite amongst this entire thing even after I fished out half the mustard covered toppings. What a waste.

Usually there is a Very friendly gentleman who is there when I go in. I recently went in and the young kid behind the counter was just so rude. I asked for provolone cheese and he started making my sandwich and then proceeded to tell me " We have it somewhere in the back. But I can't get it now. You want American, Swiss? What else?" I wish he told me that before he started. I finished up and went to pay and he kept yelling at me to tap my car "NO TAP IT. JUST TAP IT. TAP IT HERE." After being yelled at I made a face of being andannoyed and he just stared at me. I don't know if it was an intimidation tactic... But he staired at me even when I went out to my car. It was so odd.

Last time was not good. Manager called me to apologize that his crew that was on didn't know that it was ok. He offered to comp a footlong and I accepted. The enchilada is gone anyways so I ordered the rotisserie chicken with cheddar cheese on flatbread with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers. Was very good. The rotisserie chicken tastes like real pulled off the bone chicken. Would definitely recommend trying the rotisserie chicken at Subway today! Since this location did make it right I decided to post this review. This location i have never had a problem with before. I will update/edit previous review.

these people act so offensive if we ask for more vegetables and they don't even cut the wrap even though they are supposed to. i recommend they start anew for training or find another job somewhere else. very poor service. i am very upset about this. i won't be going to this subway again. i'll stick to the one closer to my house. 1/5

Was next in line and watched worker smoosh down the trash and wipe counter top with spray. She then walked over To ask what I would like. I had to ask her to change her gloves first. I had to ask twice. She could not comprehend the reason why she should change her gloves before making food. Disgusting

I came in asked for footlong fritos chicken with special request. Half the sandwich I wanted the normal chicken (enchilada sauced chicken) for this particular sandwich, the other half I wanted the rotisserie chicken instead but with all the same stuff the fritos comes with. As soon as I asked they said you want 2x 6 inch subs. I said I'm getting footlong but I'd like the other chicken on half of it. Rotisserie chicken by the way is 10 cents cheaper. The workers told me they could not because its different chicken and said I would have to pay for 2 separate 6-inch subs. I walked out. A restaurant that cannot accommodate requests from customers like that is not going to go over well with people. Why would I pay extra (approx. extra $3 to $4) because I want the same sandwich just with a different (and cheaper) chicken on half. I like variety sometimes. I cannot see how putting a different style chicken on half would have hurt anyone, since the enchiladas more money. I was by myself and ordering for myself. I will think twice before ever returning to this subway! I should mention that other subways have been accommodating of this same request. This seems to be this particular Subways' way of handling a customer's special request. Even though I was the customer this subway location ultimately made the decision that I was wrong in my request and refused to accommodate. Not good business practice Middleboro Subway! Buyer beware if you have a special request. *update* Manager contacted me to apologize and tried to make it right. He offered me a free footlong sub and I accepted. Posted separate review but changing rating since this business did make it right. They were very nice when I came back.
