Subway

I went to get a simple sandwich and a wrap and they took 20 minutes to make both of them. Got home to eat my wrap and they put wrong veggies on it and no dressing. It was so dry and not what I asked for. Even if your in a hurry to get something to eat quick do not go to this subway... very disappointed!

Your not the priority save your time its not the only sandwich shop in town. I arrived at 11:46 waited till 12:14 before the they acknowledged my existence. But it was not a sorry for the wait it was can you wait while I make an big online ordered. As I waited and waited it got to the point i had to ask myself do they need my business. I was placing an order for 6 sandwich a large order. I ask if they need my business apparently if you shop online your the priority not the ones lined up in the drive through. Her way of acknowledged the situation was to recommend if I did not want to wait I could drive to another subway miles away. Sorry subway my last visit will be the last time you get another dime of my hard earned money. I went and gave my 85.34 cent order to fire house sub where I tipped for their phenomenal service. For other Subway shoppers this location has no clue about supply and demand nor what it means to have the right number of staff on hand with the right customer service skills. That why I said not the only sandwich shop in town. It was close to 45 min when all said and done and thats time I will never get back If they had a negative rating I would have rated it neg 5 stars

Was in a slight hurry yesterday so I decided to go through the drive through here. Told the worker what I wanted, he made my sandwich quick and got me on my way, which was the only good thing from this experience. When I opened the sandwich and started eating it, every single meatball was cold, he put the wrong cheese on and only put on one of the five other toppings I asked for. Not only that, but it made me sick and I threw it up 20 minutes after eating it at work. Tried calling the store to say something and they did not answer.

WORST DRIVE THRU EVER! Terrible communication from the worker, took forever, kept disappearing in the middle of me ordering, to which I had to ask "hello are you still there" multiple times. And of course they screwed up my order! Hire people that know what they're doing. That was very painful experience!

I have a 30 min lunch break (as do a lot of other Americans). I sat behind TWO cars for 20 minutes before I finally got up to the window. Ordered a 6" Turkey and cheese with no veggies. SIMPLE ORDER. Still took 12 minutes for them to get it out to me. I was NOT impressed with the quality of the sandwich either. I'm shocked this is how subway is operating!

I should have just left from the very beginning, but I decided to give them a try. I waited 5 minutes at the drive thru for someone to even acknowledge they had a customer at the drive thru. I tried to make my order simple by saying can I please get all of my sandwiches toasted. I waited 25 minutes at the drive thru for my 4 sandwiches. When I paid I was overcharged 7 dollars. I tried calling someone to the window to fix my receipt. So I had to call the store and tell them I was still at the drive thru window and that they charged me incorrectly. When I got home all of my sandwiches were not toasted and I was given the wrong sandwich. First subway I've ever been to get it so wrong.
