I ordered 4 tacos and always get 4 ranches . Not here they can only give 2. They don’t even deserve a star. How do you Steve food and people can’t get the condiments to eat it. I got my money back. There are better restaurants

It's not just this particular jack in the box but seems to be everyone I've been too. I always order sprite and pretty much everyone jack in the box, it tastes horrible. This happens due to the spouts not being cleaned regularly or properly. I no longer order sprite at any of them.
An update, I tried the sprite one more time last night, I regret to say it was horrible, couldn't even drink it. Come on Jack, clean your spouts!!!

There's not much staff at this location for having a 24/hr drive thru, but regardless service is overall pretty great. They can get pretty busy at times, but food is good along with service. Satisfies all the late night muchies and breakfast cravings.

I was trying to add egg rolls in check out for my kids the guy was rude and said to me no. I asked for ranch gave my redhot. No good customer service. Food was not cook all the way. Fries were stale. Not worth going back to argue with stubborn people.

Absolutely the worst food I've ever had. I ordered two regular burgers, a medium fry no salt and a large drink. One of the burgers looked as if it had been stepped on and they still served it to me. Both burgers were very cold along with the fries being cold too. Also, the burgers barely had any mustered or ketchup and had no pickles. I'll never go back to this jack in the box

I would give zero stars. 🤮 chicken was rock hard like they just heated up left over chicken in the microwave . Tacos were COLD! Breakfast sandwich had a sticker on the bun!!! Ordered a few sausage patties and they gave us burger patties. so nasty!!!! 🤢

THEY GAVE ME THE LEFT OVER FRIES, COLD FRIES NOT EVEN WORTH IT. THE WORKER HAD AN ATTITUDE SHE WOULDN’T GIVE ME THE SAUCES AND GAVE ME EVERYTHING SEPARATE NO NAPKINS NOT EVEN HANDING ME NICELY THE ORDER. I bought these at 11pm. So not worth it. Negative stars
