Phenomenal burger. Cooked perfectly. Butter and toasted buns on point. Creamed spinach was delish. Tina's service was on point throughout the dining experience. I totally recommend this location to anyone desiring a good beer, great food combined with amazing service. 5 🌟.

The food was amazing. The coroner service was even better. They were so nice and personable. Some of the best catfish in the city if you ask me. I would definitely return. The location could be better but there is a location in Midtown that is bigger. 9.3/10 after me and the wife did our own rating system lol.

I can't help but sing the praises of The Blue Monkey downtown – I’ve been going here decades!
The ambiance is super easygoing and relaxed with a steady flow of people and you can tell they've got a dedicated crowd of regulars who love this place, and I can see why. The food is consistently excellent, and the quality is something you can rely on.
Their salmon Caesar salad will knock your socks off - the best ever! I’m addicted!!! The flavors and textures are a party on your taste buds. Now, let's talk about that salmon itself. The cuts are amazing, the salad is crispy and fresh, a match made in food heaven. But what really seals the deal for me is their salad dressing – no matter which one you choose, it's simply the best. I get the Caesar or blue cheese.
The Blue Monkey has won me over with their fantastic food and the kind of consistency that's hard to come by. It's a spot I return to time and time again. It’s a staple in Memphis!

Lol... it smelled good, so I started eating before I took the picture. I had the blackened grilled chicken with wild rice, and it was so good from a rustic standpoint.
But look, let me tell you, lol... whoever broke the cook's heart, please give him a chance to explain because he sang every r&b song that he could think of.🤣🤣🤣

Not only was the pot roast grilled cheese (only on Fridays) the best sandwich I’ve ever had, the service was amazing. I saw the bartender pour a drink and realized the OJ was not fresh. She dumped the drink and all the OJ and went to get fresh from the back. 10/10. Will come back.

LA makes the best drinks. Came from out of state to visit Memphis and came to The Blue Monkey twice (LA remembered us and our drinks when we walked in).

Stopped in just to see this Memphis staple. Nice clean bar with great selection of drinks. Didn't have time to eat anything but menu has good options.
