Fricker's

Went in a valentine's day. Had plenty of tables open had a party of 3 adults and 5 kids. Was told they only had one waiter on the side we were gonna be seated. Was told they would call when table was ready sat in the car for 45 mins and still no call. I feel like they didn't wanna seat us because of my kids because one waiter was like I don't know if we can do that

I’m giving one star due to the impatient waitress 😡she started off with a demeanor of I don’t want to be here or I don’t want to serve you😡 I really should have left😡 but Frickers has always given great customer service, to further frustrate her we were talking & not ready to order ASAP! Only to find out that she was in a rush to get back to the waitress girls retreat taking place in the front of the entrance! 🧐 I’m not going to spend a lot of time putting a damper on my day but just wanted to state don’t take a job that deals with the public if your not a people person😡

TURNED AWAY $1000+ ON A SATURDAY!!! Came in on Saturday night (5/7/2022) around 7:30pm to have dinner and watch the UFC fights. We had 8-10 people coming so before I even put our names in to be seated I checked to see if there was going to be enough room for all of us. They had plenty of seating available but I also understand/know a lot of companies are short staffed, so I expected we would have to wait (which was no issue at all). I went up to put my name in for a table and the Hostess (tall black-haired lady) informed me “it may be a little bit of a wait as we have 2-3 large groups but let me check” (no problem this was expected). A short, skinny, red/light brown-haired girl comes up to me with a HORRENDOUS attitude telling me “we have 3 large groups and our girls (servers) need a break so I am not allowed to give you a wait time” I never heard of that so I said can I please have an estimated wait time? She let out a loud sigh and before she could say anything I smiled and told her we will just go somewhere else. I called the manager and let him know what happened and all he could say was sorry. He didn’t try to earn our business back or anything. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings instead and between us all spent well over $1000 on food and drinks. The service at this location has been going downhill for some time now which is sad.
