Tim Hortons

I go to this location out of shear convenience but that may change. Recently just terrible customer service. Most recently I walked inside and the 3 workers just looked at me and continued on with whatever they were doing. Eventually the one lady yells out its gonna be a while we gotta do drive through first then proceeds to do drive through for another 5 minutes with the other 2. I get doing drive through for a minute but 5 minutes is absurd I was there way before whatever car they were helping at the time. I have a 30second order but couldnt be bothered. Just put a sign on the door that says lobby closed if needed would be a lot better than ignoring your lobby customers. As I was leaving another customer entered and the worker who told me it would be awhile looked at her other worker and whispered oh we got another one in the lobby…yes its a business that happens when you’re open.

The last couple times I’ve gone to this Tim Hortons the employees have been rude. First time, we tried to order chocolate tim-bits and the employee talked to us like it was ridiculous and said “we only have mixed”. Second time we walked in the lobby and the three employees behind the counter told us “it’ll be a while” as they served every single car in the drive thru before even asking about our order (which was literally a single box of tim-bits) after a couple dirty looks from the staff we just left and got doughnuts else where.

I was so excited to find a Tim Hortons. Funny they closed so early last evening...9 PM. But worth the wait. I forgot how HOT the teas and coffee could be... the blueberry glazed Timbits were just as good as I remember. The cashier was super friendly. The store smells the same as back home. Strongly recommend! This location is a good example of what I miss about this Canadian chain!!

I ordered a hot coffee which was barely warm when I pulled away and I also ordered a snack size breakfast wrap (egg and cheese)which was barely warm as well. The person who took my payment and gave me my order was not very happy to be there and it definitely showed in her attitude. Will definitely go to the Perrysburg location instead.

The food, coffee, and service here was great the manager who took our order(older woman with blonde bobbed hair and bright pink lipstick)at the drive through was rude and condescending. When we pulled up through the drive through we asked for an asiago bagel with cream cheese, she gave a rude response to my mother who was placing the order and said something along the lines of “mam we don’t have asiago bagels anymore and their not even on the menu” it wasn’t really what she said it was how she said it.

Unprofessional Employees are careless. One was sleeping in the dining area. They took liberty to change our order without asking because they were out of stuff. Just gave us something different. Dirty inside as well. Food was awful. 4 employees behind the counter. Walked up and no one even said a word. Sad because this place in PA is on point.
