Costa Coffee

Staff always very quick when I am in hurry to go to work early in the morning! Nick thank you for being so positive and kind you made my day 😊 sometimes you wake up grumpy and all you need is someone to ask you genuinely how you are doing and be positive! We need more people like Nick in this world!! It is Something so simple but it can change someone's day which is huge, and people forget that, and become distant. So thanks again!

Stayed in a hotel nearby so was here a lot getting coffees, breakfast etc. The best Chai Latte I've ever had, highly recommend. Coffee was great, good flavour & robust. The quality of food, snacks & bakery products here is the best I've ever experienced at any Costa, maybe they store their items better than other outlets. I found the sandwiches & toasted products very fresh, Sweet Slices had a great crumb base that didn't come apart & the Lemon Muffins were amazingly fresh with a delicious fruity centre. The only upsetting experience was the staff with blonde tips who rolled his eyes at me because I wasn't ready when he asked for my order. There was nobody waiting behind me & it was almost empty inside. It's ok for customers to take their time deciding since we're paying! Staff shouldn't be giving a sarcastic attitude because customers don't jump to attention - there's a huge drinks menu, give customers some time to look through it all.

Sehr nette Bedienung. Latte Medium ist richtig schön groß. Der Preis ist auch sehr gut. Sauberer und gepflegter Laden. Wenn wir mal wieder in Manchester sind, werden wir wieder kommen. As always staff super friendly / helpful & coffee fantastic - piping hot & brewed to perfection - there a new a new friendly super efficient manager too :) Above all the internal layout, spacious but understated is one of the best in the region and city centre is just a 10 min walk away as is walking at the peaceful local canal

How come costa coffee never seams to grasp how to froth oat flat white, every other coffee shop seems to be knowledgeable it the art of frothing Oat milk. That tells that Costa isn't all that atleast Ancoats isn't. The staff seem to have an attitude problem this morning when I asked them about it. Not impressed costa coffee Account 😥😥

Clean, tidy, typical average Costa experience. Light, bright restaurant with big windows designed on 2 floors. No parking nearby so be prepared to walk. Built into a high rise complex but on the ground floors. Upstairs is not easy to access for the less able bodied. Quite large and spacious especially upstairs. Update 1: Apparently there is free parking here somewhere according to other reviews. Blessed if I could find the entrance and I drove round 3 times. Update 2: Car park entrance is the IBIS hotel entrance. Use the green spaces. Have attached a pic of the back entrance and the hotel entrance. It's just by the traffic lights.
