Casey's

I come here most morning for breakfast on my way to work. The food is always fresh and made well and the store is very clean. My only complaint is the two women who typically work in the mornings are usually too busy talking to each other to pay any attention to their customers. I've seen people ask two and three times for something before they even notice a customer is trying to speak to them, and I've had to do the same. From what I've seen it's just poor customer service. Aside from that, very nice store.

I didn't have a problem with the wait time when I was notified of a large order before me, I didn't have a problem when the doordash driver texted me and said it'd be 30-45 more minutes, I didn't even have a problem when I called the store to see if my order would still be picked up because I ordered through the Casey's app, not doordash, and I didn't know what was going on. I had a problem when the manager took the phone and treated me the way she did, as if I was causing issues, when I simply asked for help figuring out my delivery situation for $30 of food. There was also a claim made that I was called and a voicemail left about a longer wait. There was no record of this call on my phone and no message in my inbox, so she either lied or had me confused with someone else, all the while using a terribly accusatory tone with me. And all of this...for it only to be 6 minutes later than the app told me it would be originally anyway. Way to go, you just ensured I never go here for anything again, for no reason at all.

3 times I have ordered from this place and they repeatedly have messed up my order.. I spent $30 dollars on pizza and bread sticks and I didn’t get my right toppings or get marinara that I requested. When you think of an establishment that prides itself on pizza then you expect top notch product. This is not the case. Do not go, If you are ordering food. Other than that they are fine.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just went in, August 3rd. Lady working behind the counter was VERY rude to me and my cousin. No greeting didn’t give us receipts, or even tell us our total. We just waited. When asking where our food from the kitchen was so we could pay she rudely said “uh go ask him in the back.” Like we were dumb and already supposed to know that. I will NEVER be going back here. Told her to have a nice night to kill with kindness and she just stared at us with a blank expression. Hire better people. Jeez.

I just moved to Macomb, IL and have always used Casey's to get my gas, pizza, drinks, etc. This is hands down the worst one I have ever been to. They are always out of gas. Their debit card machines never work, so you have to be inconvenienced and either have cash on you or have to use the atm. I will never use this place for anything again.
