Worst Burger King I've ever been to in my life! Dirty, feet stick to the floor. Stood at the counter 5 mins and was not even acknowledged. Employees on phones and standing around in back. Went down to the 23 mile by Gratiot location and the difference between night and day! Clean, great customer service! This is the one I 'll be going to from now on.

The food was warm and ok. Went yesterday (01/15/2022 around 1pm) orderd a $5 your way meal. First, the person who took the order: whats your attitude for, first words was spoken with disdain. I never even got to say anything yet. And to the young lady at the drive thru window, who LIED to me and told me the meal comes ONLY with a Coke (would not choose my own drink) and NO sauce for the Nuggets.. Like How is it "your way" if the "your" is not allowed to make choices on the 2 things meant to be personal. Why lie? This location is always rude and dirty. Better locations near me, so i will stick to those. This one was just close to where we was coming from. Next time i will just drive down hall rd and go to the better one closer to me even if i have to pass my home to get to it.

Not happy with Burger king. I ordered two cheeseburgers and fries without salt and the fries were cold and the cheeseburgers were not cooked all the way and were also cold. I am paying almost $8.00 for this meal and the food is awful. The girl at the window was not friendly at all. I made up my mind that I am done with fast food. It is garbage.

Hands down the worst Burger King that I’ve run across. Employees need to learn actual customer service skills. Twice in the last week I’ve been told that they’re not taking orders presently. Then close the business down or put a sign up so that people don’t waste time on their lunch waiting only to find that they can’t actually purchase anything.
