Dairy Queen

Waited 40 minutes for my food. Then ask them if my food was even started in which they stated probably not do you want a refund. Which I did not reply and walked away and then was told money would be there in 3 to 5 days which I never decided for a refund. Really quick to want to give a refund. So after waiting 45 minutes with four kids after church I didn't get any food and my money won't ve there for 3 to 5 days lovely

I was highly disappointed with my local DQ today. I eat there on average once a week. I asked for a Jalitos burger. "We don't have that". Okay do you have jalapenos? "Huff... I'll have to go ask". Five minutes later no answer. I finally said just make it a Beltbuster with a senior citizen discount please. "Huff... Pull forward". I got the total and handed the young lady the check. "Ummm... We don't take checks". When did this start? We've been using checks here for decades. "I don't know". Can I have my check back and your manager's phone number? "You can't call her". Okay I'll talk to her tomorrow. "Whatever". I have always bragged about Dairy Queen, especially our little local one. I've always been treated with respect. That was until today. They're ALWAYS out of something. The staff is becoming rude. It also appears they're not being trained very well. I hate to say this but at the rate things are going there I would recommend going somewhere else.

Terrible service, never have anything any other dairy does. When you claim you cant make a banana split because you don’t have bananas for weeks. What a joke. Also their hours clearly posted until 10 pm but after nine they mysteriously run out of ground meat and other stuff where you can’t order anything.

The drive thru girl was very rude. I wasn’t finished with my order and she completely cut me off, I stayed talking to the speaker but was ignored. Pulled up to the window and she gave me attitude for no reason. Tried adding to my order but she rudely said to go back around and order again. Awful customer service, wouldn’t recommend going there at all.
