Pizza Hut

Not only did they lie about the fountain drinks being out but also my stepmom asked for ranch a girl in MuShRoOm earings threw it on the counter and walked away but also the family beside us asked for napkins they through a wad of paper towels on the table and they got mad but the lady came back over gave a stack of paper towels to them and blasted of to the bathroom,worst pizza hut I have ever been to.

I hate giving bad reviews. The appetizer and the pizza came out at the same time, no biggie. But the crust on the pizza was under cooked. The server didn’t check in after we got food, so I told her when she finally came back to the table. No sorry, let me fix that. No let me tell my manager, nothing. So we just took it to go, hopefully, it can cook a little longer in my oven. Needless to say, I got sick off of one piece of pizza. Don’t think we will be going back there.

I order from here pretty frequently and they haven't messed up BUT I always feel underwhelmed by the order. Sometimes the pizza is perfect and dessert is rock hard, or pizza doesn't have enough toppings. Last time we ordered the pizza was under cooked and the wings seemed old and not enough sauce on them. Like I said they give us what we order but their is no consistency in the quality.

My family and I were driving through on our way back to Houston. Any way we saw a dine in pizza hut . SUPER EXCITED about that ! However that excitement turned into GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT real quick . We walked in only to be told by 1 of apparently 2 employees, telling us that the dine in is CLOSED because they only have 2 employees working this morning. Hello ..it's 1:30 pm . I can't believe they are turning down paying customers , a family of 4 . The place was Dea to add insult to injury. Is this new America?
