I follow the manager, Debra, to whatever location she is at since 2013. She is so friendly and calm, cool and collected, even during their busiest times. My visit today was excellent as always. Gravy was perfect, fries hot and seasoned perfectly, and the restaurant was very clean and orderly. Thanks to Debra and her team!

Whataburger has one the best burgers 🍔 in town.
I always get the number 2 double Patty's cheese , lettuce , tomato , pickles and onions and mustard and sometimes. I get an Apple pie which is delicious and a sweet tea to go with that.

The food was hot fresh and wonderful. Debra really took care of me great job keep up the good work . A very pleasant experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION*
**Update I was on my way to get breakfast this morning and driving a big truck , I was going to arrive 5 mins after breakfast ended. So I called to place my order for 4 people. Jacqueline answered the phone and refused to take my order . She said maybe we will have some breakfast left when you get here. They did not. Thank you Jacqueline for absolutely nothing. I do not recommend this location for breakfast or when Jacqueline is working. I will not be back. Thanks for helping truckers out.

Place was very well kept up. All was orderly place for easy assess. Food was delicious! Prices were low compared to other places that served the same item(s). Staff all wore masks. Place was not crowed at time I was there. Staff were very polite and profession.

They were a bit slow but it was expected with only a handful of workers. They were all nice and got our order to us. Food was good and fries were hot . They just missed the kids graham crackers but that's okay.

Service is consistently slow. Drive thru order usually take 20 minutes or more. I've never gotten through in less than 10 minutes, even being the only order waiting.
I've had the wrong order or missing items every visit. The food looks and tastes as if it was cooked well before I arrived.
I've given this location 5 chances to get it right. Today's visit included a 15 minute wait, vegetables being placed on the outside of my burger, and none of my requested condiments or napkins. I would have left my feedback directly to the company, but I wasnt provided a reciept. I have run out of excuses for the quality of service provided at this location.

Worst one in lubbock. Ordered a double meat cheese burger got a single and the best they could do was give me an old cold patty
