Panda's "new" container sizes are a joke. Increasing costs and shrinking the portion sizes is ridiculous. A three item won't even fill my hunger wow. No more Panda for us.

I was at the Panda Express on 82nd and Milwaukee at 1:30 on Sunday afternoon. There were about ten people in line to order in the dining room. After about 15 minutes, not a single person was served. The employees were only serving the drive through customers. They wouldn’t even look at us. No eye contact, no explanations. Everyone in line finally just left. That was the worst service I have ever encountered.

It is Saturday night, 7:30 pm. The crew here are short handed & are getting hammered with customers! BUT they are killing it! The gentleman cooking are moving at 100 mph, the front counter crew is overwhelmed, but keeping their cool & getting things out as quick as possible. This crew is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Well done on hiring a great crew! Thank you!

The chow main is very dry and lacks flavor. Do you receive it frozen? Yuck... The orange chicken has good flavor but don't need half the chicken in one bowl. Chop it up.

I went here tonight and got a plate and a bigger plate. I received 3 pieces of chicken for each entree I got on both plates and it was given to me sideways in the bag. I called and told them I would bring the food back and simply wanted a refund. The Manger told me they don't do refunds and that they would remake my food. I was so disgusted with the employees that took my card, they were laughing the whole time, and acting like they were stoned. Paid 25 dollars for 5 dollars worth of food. The employees and manager at this location is a joke..what a great first time trying panda express. Will never come back. Will NOT recommend. If the owner or manager is reading this. Fire everyone and start new! Completely unprofessional and they are making your restaurant look very bad. Shame.

Sat in line for 15 minutes just to get to ordering at 9:04PM and be told they are out of orange chicken. Literally the most popular entree you have and you are out of it? It is always one thing or another here - after 8:30PM especially. Is your food cost budget that rough that you have to start shorting your available items to minimize waste? Kudos to 114th & Quaker for having everything available. I’ll frequent that one instead.

It was crazy busy when we went...then our order was given to someone else...waited about an hour before we got our food. I did not blow a gasket because the girl at the window was genuinely apologetic and gave us some coupons for future visits. Which we will be back. This is mine and my granddaughters dinner date spot.
