I wanted to order the Pizza Hut Deep pan experience and taste, but I received a Papa John's/Eureka thin crust, bland tasting pizza. Very disappointed for $70 in cost + delivery+ tip in a world of decreasing portion, and increasing price.

Lowell Pizza Hut is very good. Great customer service. Our pizza was ready when they told us it would be. We will be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. Delicious pizza and Cheese Bread.

First they mess up our order. They said they would replace it with a free pizza. They did that but there was absolutely no sauce and they chopped the pizza up when they cut it up. I’m guessing they don’t like my business so MAZZIO in Springdale here we come from now on for pizza.

Went in last minute to order a pizza and the employees were very nice. They were very busy but they did help everyone that walked in with kindness and they were very polite.

I live less than 5 minutes away from the store and it took 50 minutes from the time they sent a text saying it was out for delivery until the time it was actually delivered and to top it off one of the pizzas wasn't right. Definitely won't be ordering from them anymore.

Always correct and super fast delivery from the Lowell, AR location. I used to be a manager for Pizza Hut/NPC and I am always impressed with the consistency of this store. 👌
